Job description

Role & responsibilities • Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions. • Configure Work Orders, Service Appointments, Territories, and Resources. • Manage Dispatcher Console and Scheduling Optimization. • Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows. • Configure and support Field Service Mobile applications. • Integrate Salesforce FSL with ERP, CRM, and external applications. • Automate field service workflows and business processes. • Support asset management, inventory tracking, and preventive maintenance. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. • Support deployments, releases, and platform enhancements.
