**Direct Walk-in - Semi process (Customer Support)** **Job description** **Role:** Semi Voice Process **Designation:** Executive & Senior Executive **Languages Known:** English along with Tamil **Interview Venue & Work Location:** Hexaware Technologies Ltd, Vetrivel Towers,1297, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore - 641043 **Qualification:** Any graduate can be considered (arrears can be considered) **Notice period**: Immediate Joiners preferable. **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Fresher or Experience in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication. - Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered. - Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation). - Only Immediate joiners. - Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech. - Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs. - Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy. - Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. **Rounds of Interviews:** - HR round (Direct Walk-In) - Operations round - Typing test and Domain Test **Contact:** **Harishma & Ranjana**
