We are looking for highly analytical, detail-oriented, and technology-driven professionals to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Autonomous Vehicles, ADAS, Digital Mapping, GIS, Navigation Systems, Mobility Operations, Data Quality Management, and Team Leadership. The role involves supporting autonomous vehicle operations by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and performance of navigation, mapping, routing, and operational workflows while leading a team of analysts and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise, team management capabilities, stakeholder communication skills, and a passion for emerging mobility technologies. General Guidelines: • Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. • Participation is limited to the first 350 eligible candidates reporting between 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM. • Personal laptops, tablets, or other electronic devices are not permitted during the interview process. • Candidates are advised to carry a mobile charger as the interview and assessment process may extend throughout the day. • Applicants must be Graduates or Postgraduates. Candidates currently pursuing full-time education are not eligible. • The role operates in a 24x7 work environment supporting global customers and requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs. • Immediate joiners will be preferred. • Candidates must possess relevant experience in Autonomous Vehicles, ADAS, Digital Mapping, GIS, Navigation, Mobility Operations, or related domains. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential. • Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment. • The role may require working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs to support global operations. • Immediate joiners will be preferred. • Candidates should be flexible to collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging autonomous mobility technologies is mandatory. • Prior experience in team management, mentoring, or people leadership is highly preferred. Eligibility Criteria: • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any domain. • 3 to 4 years of experience in Autonomous Vehicles, ADAS, GIS, Digital Mapping, Mobility Operations, Geospatial Analysis, Mapping Operations, Data Annotation, Quality Operations, or related fields. • Experience leading or mentoring a team of analysts, associates, or operations professionals. • Strong understanding of autonomous vehicle ecosystems and mobility technologies. • Experience in quality management, data validation, and operational excellence. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements. • Experience working in customer-focused and SLA-driven environments. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Autonomous Vehicle Operations and provide domain guidance to operational teams. • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Analysts/Associates supporting autonomous vehicle programs. • Monitor team productivity, quality, attendance, and SLA adherence. • Review, analyze, and validate autonomous vehicle navigation, mapping, and operational datasets. • Support vehicle routing, localization, navigation, geospatial, and mapping-related activities. • Conduct regular quality audits and ensure adherence to project guidelines and operational standards. • Perform root cause analysis on operational and quality issues and implement corrective actions. • Serve as the primary point of escalation for process, quality, and operational concerns. • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Quality, Program Management, and Operations teams. • Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and data quality. • Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, training materials, and operational documentation. • Conduct team huddles, calibration sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. • Assist in workforce planning, resource allocation, and workload management. • Support onboarding and training of new team members. • Monitor and report operational KPIs, quality metrics, productivity targets, and business outcomes. • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements.
