Salary : Upto 6.0 LPA **Business Responsibilities:** Manage performance parameters such as Quality, Attrition, Unplanned Shrinkage, Schedule Adherence, AHT, FCR, NPS etc. as per set standards for team of 15-20 TSOs Required Qualifications: Full-time Graduation. Experience: Min 2-3 years TL Experience into sales. **Skills & Process Knowledge:** Attrition Management and Control Team Handling & BQ Management Shrinkage Management and Control Call Flow Analysis and Handling Clear Understanding of KPIs and KRAs Analytical Thinking &Decision Making MIS Reporting & Understanding of CSAT, Quality Score, AHT, SLA **Language Skills**: English (Full Professional Proficiency) Hindi (Full Professional Proficiency) (Mandatory).
