Job Title: Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist / Senior Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist Job Type: Full-Time Department: Receivables Management Role Summary Responsible for managing medical insurance claims, billing, denial follow-up, and payment recovery to ensure timely reimbursement and account resolution. Key Responsibilities • In-depth Knowledge and Experience in the RCM AR Calling. • 1-5 years of experience as an AR caller. • Submit insurance claims with required documentation. • Review, investigate, and appeal denied claims. • Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, and benefits. • Identify appropriate insurance billing and supporting documents. • Maintain accurate claim records and document activities in system applications. • Prepare written appeals and client correspondence as required. • Ensure claim accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies. • Meet productivity and quality targets set by management. • Support account resolution and other assigned projects. Preferred Educational Qualifications • Freshers: Any undergraduate degree (non-BE/B.Tech and non-PG candidates preferred). • Experienced Candidates: Any Bachelor's Degree.
