Roles & Responsibilites - **1. Order Management & Fulfillment** - Manage E-commerce Self-Ship orders and COCO Chennai operations. - Generate picklists for Self-Ship and Pan-India COCO orders. - Oversee order processing, including picking follow-ups, label pasting, and loading supervision. - Ensure timely manifest closure and dispatch confirmation. - **2. Logistics & Transportation Coordination** - Plan and coordinate vehicle allocation based on dispatch requirements. - Liaise with transporters and drivers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. - Monitor shipment movements and resolve operational bottlenecks. - **3. Inventory & Stock Handling** - Receive and manage non-standard mattress stock. - Ensure proper documentation, system updates, and stock handover processes. - Maintain accuracy in inventory records. - **4. Dispatch & Reporting** - Coordinate dispatch of E-commerce website orders. - Maintain accurate and timely operational reports. - Track dispatch performance and highlight deviations to management.
