🚨 WE’RE HIRING | WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR 🚨 📍 Location: Bhiwandi Warehouse, Mumbai 💼 Experience: 3–4 Years 🎓 Qualification: Graduate, preferably Commerce 🏢 Industry: FMCG / Quick Commerce / Retail / E-commerce We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with strong experience in Inventory Management, Dispatch Planning, Order Processing & MIS Reporting . ⭐ Quick Commerce Operations experience will be highly preferred. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Manage inventory levels, stock reconciliation & variance analysis • Handle end-to-end order processing and fulfillment • Plan and monitor daily/weekly dispatches • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement & transporters • Track TAT, SLA, order fulfillment & dispatch accuracy • Prepare MIS reports for inventory, orders & dispatch performance • Handle and analyze large volumes of operational data • Use Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS & Dashboards • Identify process gaps and support operational improvements 🔹 Key Skills: ✅ Warehouse & Inventory Management ✅ Dispatch & Logistics Operations ✅ Advanced MS Excel ✅ Large Data Handling ✅ ERP / WMS Knowledge ✅ Analytical & Numerical Skills ✅ Good Communication & Coordination ✅ Quick Learner & Problem Solver 🎯 Ideal Candidate: Candidates with 3–4 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Quick Commerce, Retail, E-commerce, Warehouse or Inventory Operations are preferred. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume via email along with the following details: 1️⃣ Total Experience 2️⃣ Current Location 3️⃣ Notice Period 4️⃣ Expected CTC 👉 Please mention all the above details while sharing your resume.
