Location: Noida Experience: 2-3 Years Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline) Industry Preference: FMCG / E-commerce / Quick Commerce Role Overview We are looking for an E comm Executive with experience in Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) or E-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating order fulfillment, tracking deliveries, and ensuring smooth operational execution with quick commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities · Process and manage Purchase Orders (POs) received from Q-Commerce platforms. · Validate PO details, including SKUs, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines. · Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and logistics teams for timely order processing and dispatch. · Track shipments and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Fill Rate (FR) targets are met. · Monitor pending orders, inventory availability, and replenishment requirements. · Prepare daily operational reports on scheduling, dispatches, deliveries, and pending shipments. · Coordinate with Quick Commerce platform teams to resolve operational issues. Requirements · Graduate with 1+ year of experience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce operations. · Experience in PO management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. · Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting. · Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience working with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now, or similar Q-Commerce businesses.
