Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation & Medical Review • Conduct detailed medical consultations for scheduled clients. • Review and interpret test results to provide meaningful, actionable health insights. • Offer preventive healthcare advice and basic treatment recommendations based on findings. Wellness Advisory & Coordination • Collaborate with dieticians, radiologists, phlebotomists, and health coaches to deliver an integrated care plan. • Guide clients on necessary referrals, lifestyle changes, further diagnostic needs, or specialist consultations, as appropriate. • Offer empathetic, jargon-free explanations to ensure complete client understanding. Client Experience & Relationship Management • Deliver every consultation with discretion, empathy, and service quality. • Build long-term trust with clients through consistent, medical interaction. • Handle client queries post-consultation, if needed, to ensure closure and clarity. Documentation & Compliance • Maintain clear, complete, and confidential client medical records. • Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements. • Participate in internal audits, quality improvement activities, and clinical trainings. Key Requirements: • Qualification: MBBS from a recognized institution; registration with State Medical Council • Experience: 5 - 9 years in clinical practice. • Skills: • Strong diagnostic and clinical interpretation skills • Exceptional communication and client-handling skills • High standards of ethics, discretion, and confidentiality • Presentable and composed, with a calm bedside manner
