Position: Unit Manager Credit Card Sales Payroll: Randstad India Pvt. Ltd. Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: As per last drawn (industry standards) Industry: Banking / Financial Services Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate Experience: 3–4 years of sales experience Experience in Banking, Finance, Marketing, or related industries will be preferred Two-wheeler is mandatory Candidates should be willing to travel regularly for field activities Job Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of 8–12 Team Leaders and Field Sales Executives Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Drive the team to achieve assigned sales and business targets Conduct regular field visits to support and guide team members Ensure effective promotion and sales of credit card products Provide training, coaching, and regular feedback to team members Monitor individual and team performance Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports to management Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of customer applications Ensure that the team follows company policies, product guidelines, and regulatory requirements Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners Key Skills Required Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Sales and target-oriented approach Ability to motivate and manage a field sales team Good problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to travel for field activities How to Apply Email: Bijoy.dey@randstad.in Subject Line: Applied for Unit manager Profile” while sharing your CV
