Company Name: eClerx Services Company website link: www.eclerx.com Job Description SPM (Web Ops Manager) **Designation:** SPM **Functional Role:** Web Ops Manager **Location:** Mumbai | Pune | Chandigarh **Shift:** Any Combination (APJ / EMEA / US) **Experience:** 10+ years in web operations, digital platforms, or web project management Key Responsibilities - Oversee website operations, content publishing, updates, and QA across WordPress, AEM, and Contentful. - Establish content governance, workflows, and publishing standards. - Ensure content is accurate, compliant, SEO-friendly, and up to date. - Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver new features and enhancements. - Guide frontend best practices (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Oversee QA, testing, and release management. - Lead website migration initiatives including CMS upgrades and re-platforming. - Manage content mapping, URL structures, and 301 redirects. - Preserve SEO, performance, and business continuity during migrations. - Lead and mentor web producers, content editors, and junior developers. - Drive resource planning, workload allocation, and performance management. - Monitor traffic, engagement, conversions, Core Web Vitals, UX, accessibility, and site speed. - Partner with analytics teams for data-driven optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications - Hands-on experience with WordPress, AEM, or Contentful. - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web architecture. - Experience managing Agile/Scrum web projects. - Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, page speed, SEO fundamentals. - Experience leading enterprise website migrations and digital transformation. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. - Experience with enterprise CMS/Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs).
