Job description

Role & responsibilities • Oversee daily O&M activities of wind turbines and balance-of-plant systems • Ensure maximum turbine availability and optimize generation performance • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules • Monitor SCADA data and lead fault diagnosis and resolution • Manage site team, contractors, and coordinate with OEMs • Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and procedures • Maintain reporting, documentation, and KPI tracking • Coordinate grid, SLDC/RLDC, and regulatory data/reporting requirements Preferred candidate profile Educational Background: • Bachelors degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Work Experience: • 1012 years in wind power plant O&M, with team handling experience
