Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Oversee daily O&M activities of wind turbines and balance-of-plant systems - Ensure maximum turbine availability and optimize generation performance - Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules - Monitor SCADA data and lead fault diagnosis and resolution - Manage site team, contractors, and coordinate with OEMs - Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and procedures - Maintain reporting, documentation, and KPI tracking - Coordinate grid, SLDC/RLDC, and regulatory data/reporting requirements **Preferred candidate profile** Educational Background: - Bachelors degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Work Experience: - 1012 years in wind power plant O&M, with team handling experience
