Workday Tester Job Description Role: Workday Tester Experience: 5+ Years Location: PAN India Key Responsibilities • Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Workday applications. • Validate Workday HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules. • Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements. • Conduct end-to-end testing of Workday integrations with third-party systems. • Identify, track, and report defects using defect management tools. • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve issues. • Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production deployments. • Participate in test planning, test execution, and test closure activities. Required Skills • 5+ years of overall testing experience with at least 3+ years in Workday Testing. • Hands-on experience in Workday HCM testing. • Strong knowledge of Functional Testing, Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing. • Experience testing Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence. • Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and defect reports. • Familiarity with Workday EIB, Reports, and Integrations testing. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
