**Job Summary:** As a Project Manager within the Health, Safety and Environment function, you will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of global HSE initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance requirements. Your typical day will involve coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and supporting the effective rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of HSE programs while ensuring clear, consistent communication across all project initiatives. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Lead the planning and execution of global HSE projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, and objectives. - Partner with HSE leadership, PMO, and cross-functional teams to manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment. - Drive change management and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation and sustained usage of HSE programs. - Design and deliver end-to-end communication packages for global HSE initiatives, including messaging frameworks, rollout plans, and stakeholder-specific content to support awareness, engagement, and adoption **Professional & Technical Skills:** - Strong Project Management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination in global environments. - Expertise in stakeholder management with ability to drive alignment and engagement across diverse audiences, support decision-making and overall program execution. - Exposure to training and learning programs integration or rollout in global environments. - Ability to design and roll out structured communication assets for large-scale global initiatives. - Solid understanding of Workplace Health & Safety principles, with experience supporting compliance-driven initiatives. **Additional Information:** - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in project management or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru Bangalore office.
