Job description

**Role & responsibilities** The AC Technician is responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems across Aster Pharmacy retail stores. **Preferred candidate profile** - Perform preventive maintenance of air conditioning systems as per the maintenance schedule. - Attend complaints from stores and ensure timely resolution. - Coordinate with external service providers and AMC vendors for major repairs and maintenance. - Monitor and recommend replacement of worn-out equipment and spare parts. - Support other facility maintenance activities whenever required. - Travel to pharmacy stores across Kerala based on operational requirements. **Qualification** - ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related technical qualification. - Certification in HVAC systems is an added advantage.
