Job description

Role & responsibilities The AC Technician is responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems across Aster Pharmacy retail stores. Preferred candidate profile • Perform preventive maintenance of air conditioning systems as per the maintenance schedule. • Attend complaints from stores and ensure timely resolution. • Coordinate with external service providers and AMC vendors for major repairs and maintenance. • Monitor and recommend replacement of worn-out equipment and spare parts. • Support other facility maintenance activities whenever required. • Travel to pharmacy stores across Kerala based on operational requirements. Qualification • ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related technical qualification. • Certification in HVAC systems is an added advantage.
