Eclerx is Hiring for Adobe Target Specialist - 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target (Target Standard/Premium), including audience setup, activity configuration, and A4T - Working knowledge of Adobe Launch / Experience Platform Tags (rules, data elements, extensions) - Familiarity with Adobe Analytics (props/eVars, segments) as it relates to test measurement - Comfortable reading/writing basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for code-based activities and troubleshooting - Experience simplifying or documenting technical workflows for non-technical stakeholders - Strong communication skills able to explain targeting/setup logic to program managers and business stakeholders alike - Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) segments and Real-Time CDP - Exposure to Quantum Metric or similar QA/heatmap tools (good to have) - Prior experience supporting large-scale e-commerce or telecom digital experimentation programs Understanding of agentic/AI-assisted QA or automation workflows (e.g., Playwright-based validation) Solutioning & Technical Design: - Translate test hypotheses and business requirements into feasible Adobe Target solutions (A/B, XT, Auto-Target/Automated Personalization) - Recommend the right activity type, targeting approach, and implementation method (VEC vs. form-based vs. code-based) based on complexity and timelines - Troubleshoot Target activity issues flicker, QA mismatches, targeting conflicts, mbox/at.js loading issues Audience & Segmentation: - Build and maintain reusable audience definitions in Target and Adobe Experience Platform / Analytics - Advise teams on audience logic (rule-based, profile-based, AEP segment-based) to ensure accurate targeting and measurement
