Job Description **POSITIONDESCRIPTION** JOBTITLE AgencyManager-Collections Micro Banking GRADE DM-II DEPARTMENT Collections LOCATION Cluster SUB-DEPARTMENT MicroBanking TYPEOF POSITION Full-time REPORTSTO AreaCollection manager REPORTINGINTO NA ROLEPURPOSE OBJECTIVE - Thisrole is vital as it is end to end vendor management, agency shallbe handling both NPA Write-off accounts, key area consistsof agency man power handling, proper allocation, daily recovery audit management as per company norms - Managingrecovery through the set of agency team, coordinating betweenagency and company, sharing necessary details to agency, dailycash handling ensure timely payout release - Inabsence of this position, the above few critical aspects wouldnot be monitored closely which is a must in agency management SIZEOF THE ROLE FINANCIALSIZE NON-FINANCIALSIZE - PortfolioManaged 3k accounts with 60 cr. portfolio - Numberof vendors/ consultants one or more as per the areaallotted - Numberof portfolio products Micro Banking KEYDUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE **Business/Financials (Only Relevant roles)** - PlanningStrategy - Responsibleof handling entire collection agencies operation - Onboardingof new agencies as per area portfolio in delinquency - Planningof allocation and proper distribution of portfolio with strongexecution - Ensurethe recovery targets are met - Maintainingof account wise strong feedback mechanism - Drivecollection strategy as per the portfolio and area understanding - Budgeting - Towork on increasing the productivity - Needto work on cost to recovery ratio and ensure cost low at anytime - ManpowerPlanning Sales Planning - Propermanpower planning as per portfolio in the given area - Planagency/team wise targets to achieve the monthly targets - CoreFunction Areas of Responsibility(AORs) - Ensureproper allocation for agency teams and drive for productivity - Ensureregular field visits along with the agency teams for bettercontrol - Provideall necessary legal action support to agency to perform better - Ensurecollection software utilization if any at the fullest extent **Customer(Both Internal External)** - Customercentric AORs - Regularcontacts with customers on daily basis and also ensure skiptracing for prevention of loss - Ensureand maintain fair collection practice from agency staffs - Stakeholdersinteractions - Coordinationwith IT, Business, credit, vigilance, operations and collectionback end teams **InternalProcess** - Complianceto SLA/Policies/Processes - Responsibleand adhere to onboarding process as defined by the company - Periodicagency review and submit the report to seniors - EnsureRenewal of agreement all other regulatory aspects regularly - ProcessManagement/ Process Excellence - Ensurein adhering the fair practice code of conduct - Toensure and complete all the necessary process on monthly basis asdefined **InnovationLearning** - PeopleManagement - Ensurerequired manpower is deployed time to time in agency **Location -** Thiruvarur,Krishnagiri,Puducherry,Kumbakonam,Kunnamkulam,Shimoga,Sivakasi,Mysuru,Mayiladuthurai,Udumalaipettai,Tiruppur,Bengaluru,Coimbatore,Peenya,Ambasamudram,Kallakkurichi,Bhadravati
