JOB DESCRIPTION I. JOB DETAILS Job Title AGM – Accounts & Finance : Corporate office Reporting Executive Vice President -Finance II. JOB PURPOSE To support Business finance in areas of internal controls and accounting process implementation III . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities – 1. Financial Expense Analysis • Financial books review and report variances • Ensuring detailed business expenses review with in-depth analysis on trends • Correspond with various Units, discussing company cost saving initiatives and agreeing on a future path to be taken 1. Accounting and Financial Processes: • Demonstrate ability and skill in handling overall accounting function • Provide guidance on preparation of cash flows and implementation of fund tracking system • Ensure TAT is maintained for deliverables for internal customers. 1. MIS and Reporting: • Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance • Lead the concurrent audit of expense payables and prepare MIS on exceptions. 1. Audits and compliances: • Travelling to units to oversee internal control operations • Handle statutory / internal / tax audits from time to time. • Ensure compliances with all statutory regulation and requirements to GST/ Service Tax/ TDS/Income Tax • Ensure compliance with organizational policies 1. People Management : • Timely recruitment for the team • Goal setting and defining the KRA • Mentoring and coaching the team • Performance Management 1. Provide strong service partnership & business-alignment • Support business on all financial matters and strengthen the company performance IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables • Design and implementation of all financial policies • Effective financial planning • 100% statutory compliance on financial issues • Meeting deadlines for providing of MIS & Analytics • Minimize Billing errors and Zero revenue leakages due to the same Inventory & Receivable levels management as per norms • Minimum adverse audit issues (statutory and internal) • Adherence to systems & processes V. JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATION Minimum Qualifications • Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of relevant experience • Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles i.e. IND AS • Sound knowledge of Statutory Laws i.e. GST\\Income Tax • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work through information generated from the Hospital Information System (HIS)/Sun System/ERP • Should have Excellent Computer & Presentation Skills • Ability to set up processes across functions and monitoring them Language Skills • English • Hindi VI.
