**WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS** A D2C business generates a great deal of data — every order, return, size exchange, ad rupee, stock-out and store visit. That data decides what we make, how much of it, what it costs and who we show it to. We are building an AI-native, analytics-driven organisation so those decisions are made from evidence rather than instinct — and we are early enough in that build that you will help shape the foundation rather than inherit one. **THE ROLE** You will work directly with the Analytics Head on problems that reach every part of the business — product, marketing, supply chain and retail. The work is hands-on, with unusual visibility for a first role: you write the code, run the analysis, and sit in the room where the decision gets made. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** ▪ Build pipelines. Move data reliably from source to decision, and keep it that way. ▪ Run analyses end to end. Frame the question, pull the data, find the answer and communicate it clearly — demand patterns, cohort behaviour, and category and channel performance. ▪ Drive AI adoption. Work with teams across the company to spot where AI removes work or improves outcomes, then help roll it out. ▪ Use AI yourself, daily. Set the standard for how the rest of the company works with these tools. ▪ Make it repeatable. Turn recurring questions into self-serve reporting. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** ▪ 0–2 years of experience, including freshers. ▪ B.Tech from a tier-one engineering college — IIT, NIT, BITS or equivalent. ▪ Good Python skills, with the ability to write clean, working code without hand-holding. ▪ Strong analytical ability — you break problems down, reason with numbers, and question what looks off. ▪ A genuine interest in a career in analytics or analytical engineering. ▪ Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward figuring things out. **COMPENSATION & START** Compensation is based on demonstrated ability rather than pedigree alone. The role is based at our Koramangala, Bengaluru office, with an ideal start within 30 days of offer.
