## **Role Description** # **The AI Solution Architect will lead the technical solutioning of strategic deals in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role is designed for seasoned professionals with 15+ years of experience in solution architecture with AI, who possess deep domain expertise and a proven track record of architecting complex, high-value solutions. The architect will work closely with client Enterprise Architecture (EA) teams, translating business requirements into innovative, scalable, and compliant technical solutions.** # **Key Responsibilities** - **Lead Solution Architecture:** **Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions for large-scale transformation programs in BFSI, including core system modernization, digital onboarding, customer experience, payments, claims, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.** - **Engagement:** **Collaborate with sales and bid teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses. Provide technical leadership throughout the deal lifecycle, including solution workshops, estimations, and client presentations.** - **Client Collaboration:** **Engage directly with client EA teams to understand business and technical requirements, co-create solution roadmaps, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.** - **Technology Integration:** **Stay current with emerging technologies (cloud, AI/ML, microservices, DevOps, security) and integrate them into BFSI solution strategies.** - **Risk & Compliance:** **Ensure technical integrity, risk mitigation, and compliance with BFSI industry regulations (e.g., RBI, IRDAI, GDPR) and security standards.** - **Stakeholder Communication:** **Articulate solution value and technical concepts to senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and business heads, with clarity and confidence.** ## **Ideal Candidate** - **Experience:** **15+ years in solution architecture, with a significant portion in AI roles for BFSI clients.** - **Domain Expertise:** **Deep understanding of BFSI business processes, regulatory requirements, and technology trends.** - **Technical Leadership:** **Proven ability to architect complex solutions leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, microservices, and DevOps practices.** - **AI Excellence:** **Demonstrated success in technical Solutioning, proposal creation, estimations, and client workshops.** - **Collaboration:** **Experience working closely with client EA teams and internal technical teams.** - **Communication:** **Exceptional presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.** ## **Preferred Skills** - **Experience with integration patterns, legacy modernization, and digital transformation in BFSI.** - **Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security standards relevant to financial services.** - **Track record of successful solution delivery and client satisfaction in BFSI projects.**
