This role provides critical virtual validation and performance insights for new designs, concepts, and product improvements before physical testing. **Major Responsibilities**: Plan, allocate, and oversee simulation projects across product lines. Ensure timely delivery of accurate, validated simulation results to support R&D, product engineering, and manufacturing teams. Prioritize tasks and manage simulation workload within available resources. Work closely with other R&D functions to gather requirements, provide insights, and recommend design improvements based on simulation outcomes. **Skills**: Project management and resource allocation abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and presentation skills Team leadership and mentoring capability Continuous learning mindset, with an inclination to stay updated on new simulation technologies Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills **Relevant Experience**: 3 - 5 Years **Education Qualification(s)**: B.
