Job Title: KAM- Fleet Operations & Influencer Mgnt Location: Agra Reports to (Position): Department/Function: • Identify New Business Opportunities For Onboarding New Customers for various Leap Offerings considering customer Pain points and need • Managing overall Sales funnel (S0-S4): Generating Leads, Managing conversion, health & ageing of the sales pipeline • Managing Key Accounts - Developing them For achieving target Service & Product Revenue along with sustained Profitability • Developing Relationships with the Key Accounts ( Existing And New) to ensure business continuity • Develop, Maintain and Manage the service level (Manpower & Equipment) of Leap offering by ensuring Governance • Coach & Train the FTE for Service quality, adherence to Apollo Safety guidelines, soft skills • Responsible for coordinating & successful on-ground implementation of service offerings in the assigned fleets • Liaise with the multiple operational stakeholders (Field team/ Equipment provider/ Manpower provider etc..) to ensure execution as per the SOP & predefined timeline • Enhance workflows to enable a customer-centric business approach to business.
