**Role** APS – Business Analyst **Location** Navi Mumbai **Purpose - Why does this role exist?** - Deliver actionable insights to management aligned with strategic objectives and business requirements. - Perform comprehensive analysis of large datasets and ensure accurate, timely reporting for informed decision-making. - Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to address business needs and provide prompt, efficient resolutions. **Critical Tasks** **MANDATORY- KRA’s and Key Activities** - Proficient in managing and analyzing large datasets using MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to deliver actionable insights. - Collect, interpret, and synthesize data to prepare comprehensive MIS reports supporting strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless planning and execution of business initiatives. - Analyze market trends and business performance to identify growth opportunities and secure stakeholder alignment for strategic projects. - Manage and support key projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to defined objectives and standards. - Define and document business requirements, technical specifications, and success criteria for effective solution development. - Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify KPIs, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement. - Design and implement workflows and governance frameworks that align with organizational goals and compliance standards. - Deliver cost-efficient, high-performance technology solutions tailored to evolving business needs. - Engage with stakeholders to validate, refine, and optimize requirements for maximum impact and business value **Educational Background and Work Experience** - B.E / B. Tech - Experience – 3to 5 Years - Exposure to Steel Industry or Manufacturing industry - Exposure to advance planning tools **Competencies** - Flexible and adaptable performer - Adaptive at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while coordinating numerous time-sensitive responsibilities - Highly customer-oriented approach - Speed with accuracy in work - Willingness to learn and open to new ideas. - Ability to perform under pressure.
