**Role Summary** We are looking for a seasoned banking professional to lead CASA acquisition RMs for Sourcing liability business growth, and Business Banking sales across the assigned region. The role entails managing and developing high-performing sales teams, driving acquisition of CASA Sales RM and enhancing revenue through Assets, TPP products, Merchant Acquiring, and other banking solutions including Trade forex. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, deep market knowledge, and a successful track record in driving business growth, customer acquisition, and team performance within the banking sector. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive CASA growth and liability acquisition through focused sourcing and building NTB CASA & TD Values. - Lead, mentor, and manage Relationship Managers, and Sales Teams to achieve regional business objectives. - Drive revenue growth through Assets, TPP products, POS, Merchant Acquiring, and other fee-based banking solutions. - Develop and implement regional business strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition. - Build and strengthen relationships with key clients to enhance portfolio value and wallet share. - Identify market opportunities and expand business presence through strategic partnerships and networking. - Drive cross-sell and portfolio deepening initiatives across banking and wealth products. - Monitor team productivity, portfolio quality, and business performance to ensure target achievement. - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, KYC norms, risk management standards, and internal policies. **Candidate Profile** - 10 + years of experience in CASA Sales, Liability Sales, Business Banking, SME Banking & Retail Banking Sales. - Proven track record in managing large sales teams and driving liability business growth. - Strong expertise in CASA acquisition, Business Banking, Trade & Forex, CMS, TPP sales, and relationship management. - Demonstrated success in achieving revenue, acquisition, and cross-sell targets. **Key Skills** CASA Acquisition | Liability Sales | Business Banking | Trade & Forex | CMS | TPP Sales | Relationship Management | Team Leadership | Sales Strategy | Revenue Growth | Market Development | Stakeholder Management This is an excellent opportunity for banking professionals aspiring to lead regional business growth, build high-performing teams, and contribute to the expansion of a strong liability and business banking franchise
