Role & responsibilities Business Sourcing & Growth: Drive loan disbursements and client acquisition targets across assigned branches while maintaining high center-meeting discipline. Portfolio Quality & Collections: Track Overdue/NPA metrics and ensure 99%+ on-time collection efficiency by enforcing group liability and supervising field recovery protocols. Risk Governance: Monitor field activities of the BC and provide support when necessary , pre-disbursement customer verifications, House Verification Checks , and end-use checks to prevent ghost lending or over-indebtedness. Regulatory Compliance & Process Adherence: Enforce RBI microfinance guidelines (qualifying assets, income assessment caps, grievance redressal) and partner bank operating standards across all touchpoints.
