Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Guwahati The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing new customers, promoting the bank’s products and services, and achieving sales and revenue targets across retail.. Daily activities include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their financial needs, presenting suitable loan and deposit products, and guiding them through documentation and onboarding processes. The role involves coordinating with branch and operations teams to ensure timely processing of applications, maintaining accurate records in the bank’s systems, and adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines. The Senior Sales Executive will regularly analyze the local market, participate in field campaigns, build partnerships within the community, and provide ongoing support to customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.we are offering good incentive. Qualifications • Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in retail banking, microfinance, or MSME lending. • Ability to build and manage customer relationships, including prospecting, negotiation, and after-sales service. • Solid understanding of banking products such as loans, deposits, and digital services, with the capacity to explain them clearly to customers. • Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools used for customer onboarding, documentation, and reporting. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups in urban and semi-urban markets. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle field visits, branch coordination, and target-focused activities. • Prior experience in financial services or field sales roles; experience in small finance banking or microfinance is an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. • Willingness to work on-site in Kolkata and travel locally for customer meetings and market development activities.
