Job description

**Role Purpose:** Drive business loan acquisition and portfolio growth through channel partners, DSAs, and other sourcing networks within the assigned territory. **Key Responsibilities** - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Business Loan disbursement targets. - Recruit, train, and manage sales executives and channel partners. - Develop and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, and referral partners. - Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration. - Monitor lead generation, conversion ratios, and disbursement productivity. - Ensure adherence to credit policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines. - Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and partner engagement. - Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Collection teams for smooth loan processing. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. - Drive portfolio quality and control delinquency within the assigned geography.
