**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in home loan sales, mortgage loans, and other financial products. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals. - Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research to expand the customer base. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to stay ahead in the competitive housing finance landscape. **Job Requirements :** - 6-12 years of experience in field sales or related roles such as home loan sales or mortgage sales. - Strong understanding of connectors (e.g., open market) and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders including customers, colleagues, and management. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
