SBI General Insurance is looking for an experienced Area Sales Training Manager for the Mumbai Circle, covering Mumbai & Goa. Location: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai Key Responsibilities: • Conduct Product & Process Training for company employees and intermediaries • Train and support bankers, agents, brokers and dealers • Drive product knowledge, process understanding and capability development across the circle • Partner with sales and business teams to strengthen training effectiveness Ideal Candidate Profile: • 8-12 years of overall work experience • Strong and detailed knowledge of General Insurance products • Candidates with a Training / Learning & Development background preferred • Experience in training employees and insurance intermediaries will be an advantage • Graduate in any discipline minimum qualification • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
