**AI Researcher** **Location:** Mumbai / Pune / Chandigarh **Experience:** 5–10 Years **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** We are looking for an **AI Researcher** with a strong academic background ( **Ph.D. preferred** ) to drive research and innovation in **Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs)** . The role involves developing advanced AI models, evaluating emerging technologies, and collaborating with engineering teams to build enterprise AI solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Research and develop AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions. - Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models. - Build and enhance **RAG** , **Agentic AI** , and NLP-based applications. - Stay updated with the latest AI research and emerging technologies. - Work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams to translate research into production-ready solutions. - Publish research findings, patents, or contribute to AI innovation initiatives (preferred). **Required Skills** - Strong expertise in **Python** , Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and LLMs. - Hands-on experience with **PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG, Vector Databases, and MLOps** . - Strong understanding of AI algorithms, statistics, optimization techniques, and model evaluation. - Experience with cloud platforms ( **AWS/Azure/GCP** ) is preferred. **Education** - **Ph.D.** in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. - **Candidates with a Master's degree from IIT/IISc and exceptional AI research experience are also encouraged to apply.** The candidate should be passionate about exploring emerging AI technologies and converting research into scalable, production-ready solutions while collaborating closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Business teams.
