AI Researcher Location: Mumbai / Pune / Chandigarh Experience: 5–10 Years Work Mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an AI Researcher with a strong academic background ( Ph.D. preferred ) to drive research and innovation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) . The role involves developing advanced AI models, evaluating emerging technologies, and collaborating with engineering teams to build enterprise AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Research and develop AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions. • Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models. • Build and enhance RAG , Agentic AI , and NLP-based applications. • Stay updated with the latest AI research and emerging technologies. • Work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams to translate research into production-ready solutions. • Publish research findings, patents, or contribute to AI innovation initiatives (preferred). Required Skills • Strong expertise in Python , Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and LLMs. • Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG, Vector Databases, and MLOps . • Strong understanding of AI algorithms, statistics, optimization techniques, and model evaluation. • Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS/Azure/GCP ) is preferred. Education • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. • Candidates with a Master's degree from IIT/IISc and exceptional AI research experience are also encouraged to apply. The candidate should be passionate about exploring emerging AI technologies and converting research into scalable, production-ready solutions while collaborating closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Business teams.
