Role & responsibilities The role will support the organization's international business through end-to-end talent acquisition and HR business partnering across overseas operations. The role will manage hiring for international positions, partner with business leaders on workforce and people-related matters and support the implementation of HR processes and initiatives across international locations. Talent Acquisition • Manage end-to-end recruitment for international roles across business and functional areas including sourcing, assessment, stakeholder coordination, offer management, and onboarding for CIS, Africa and middle east countries. • Build talent pipelines and manage relationships with external search firms, recruitment agencies, and local hiring partners. • Ensure hiring processes comply with applicable local employment, immigration, documentation, and regulatory requirements. HR Business Partnering • Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning, organization structure, talent requirements, and people-related priorities. • Support key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, transfers, promotions, engagement, retention, and exits. • Partner with stakeholders to address employee relations, organizational challenges, and other people-related issues. International HR Operations & Policy • Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and frameworks across international locations. • Coordinate with Corporate HR and local teams on compensation, benefits, leave, insurance, taxation, immigration, and other employee-related matters. • Ensure appropriate documentation and governance of international employee records and HR processes. Support localization of HR policies and processes in line with country-specific requirements Preferred candidate profile • Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in International HR. • Qualification Background: MBA (HR) • Proven experience managing international hiring and HR partnering across multiple geographies, particularly Middle East, Africa, and CIS countries. • Experience working with multicultural teams and senior stakeholders across geographies. • Healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or other multinational/service-sector experience preferred.
