Manager **Location** FC Business Gajraula **Job Summary** Electrical operation and maintenance FC plants **Reports To** **(Position and Grade)** Sanjeev Shukla (Sr. Manager-Electrical) **Matrix Reporting to** **(Position and Grade)** **Nil** **Direct Reports or** **Individual Contributor Role** **Nil** **Independent Decision Making** **Yes ( Ready to take responsibility )** **Key Responsibilities:** 1-Overall responsibility for safe and efficient operational and maintenance of mentioned job area. 2- Responsibility for timely closure of PM, CM. and CBM.3-responisibilty for manpower management 4-Impart of training to subordinates to develop their skill. 5-Responisible for execution of respective plant capex .6- Responsible for resource management. 7. Responsible for completion of Fine chemical area compliances. (Earthing continuity checking all chemical area equipments ,earth pit checking, Check lists of material lift,HBSD,Safe earth relay, Dry run relay, Motor vibration checking) 8. Responsible for transformer maintenance and HT panel maintenance. **Additional Responsibilities added to the Role:** 1- Responsible for TPM,6 S 2-Responsible for review and closer of received sanchetna . **Qualifications and Experience;;** **B.Tech (Electrical):** I can to keep a positive attitude towards my job and my co-workers.
