Position **Sr. Engineer** Business Unit / Function Advance Intermediates/ Pyridine I Location Gajraula Reports to Plant manager Summary of Job (Purpose/ objective of the job Department organogram to be enclosed) To run the plant smoothly through out the shift. **;;;;;;;;;;;** **Key Responsibilities** (Performance Indicators) - To control all operating parameters of the plant for smooth running of the plant. - To avoid any abnormality in the plant by frequent checks. - To communicate with HOD, SI, Maintenance, Utilities for the plant performance and any abnormalities. - To ensure raw material availability on shift basis as per requirement. - To ensure the quality of material are as per norms. - To assist other operator in case of any problem and over all supervision of plant. - Coordinate with Production Chemist Panel - contact SI for any problem. - Monitor stock ACH/HCHO/Benzene and other raw materials. - To train the juniors about Safety, EHS, TPM, Six Sigma, Sankalp and plant operation. - To involve in TPM drill for finding and rectifying the abnormalities of Plant and record in the Register, Plant Housekeeping No. of Reportees NIL **Qualification and Experience** B.E/B.Tech (Chemical Engg) with min 4 Years of Exp. Air Dryer L3 1. LN (Production Batches of PB Crude/Pyd/Beta//ACS) L3 1. Safety Indices and MSDS L4 1. Integrated Management System (SOP, WI,L-2) L3 1. TPM/WCM/5S L3 1.
