Rather than focusing on passive reporting, you will take active ownership of unit economics, turning complex financial data into strategic operational decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Own Kitchen P&L & MIS:** Oversee end-to-end performance tracking, reporting, and financial hygiene across our kitchen network to support strategic decision-making. - **Lead Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting:** Drive the budgeting and forecasting process for kitchen-level performance, collaborating closely with key business stakeholders. - **Drive Variance & Profitability Analysis:** Monitor actuals vs. budgets, perform rigorous variance analyses, and run deep profitability assessments across kitchens, brands, and platforms. - **Partner with Operations:** Act as a key business partner to the Ops teams, translating financial metrics into actionable insights to optimize costs and maximize kitchen-level profitability. - **Automate & Standardize:** Continuously refine and scale FP&A processes, building automated dashboards, reporting models, and decision-support tools for faster, more accurate insights. - **Executive Presentation:** Craft high-impact financial decks, reconciliations, and executive summaries for regional and national kitchen P&L reviews. **Qualifications & Experience:** - **Education:** Semi-qualified CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA. - **Experience:** 2 to 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, Finance & Accounts, or Statutory Audits. - **Mindset:** A strong commercial thinker who views a kitchen not just as a cost center, but as an operational engine with multiple levers to drive profitability. **Technical & Professional Skill Sets:** - **Financial Acumen:** A strong grasp of corporate financial processes, P&L dynamics, and unit economics. - **Analytical Power:** Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to turn raw data into strategic solutions. - **Technical Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling (experience with AI, automation, Google Apps Script, or BI tools is a strong plus); familiarity with ERP systems. - **Communication & Partnering:** Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and senior leadership. 📍 **Role Logistics:** - **Location:** Mumbai - **Work Mode:** 5 days Work from Office **🔥 The Rebel Culture** We believe in empowering and growing people to perform the best at their job functions.
