About the Role We are looking for a high-ownership, data-driven performance marketer who thrives on scaling growth and solving complex acquisition challenges. As Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing , you will play a critical role in driving app installs, first orders, and user re-engagement through high-impact digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning numbers, running experiments, and scaling performance campaigns aggressively . You will work at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and product , using data and experimentation to unlock sustainable user growth. What You’ll Own User Acquisition & Growth • Drive app acquisition and first-order growth through performance marketing channels. • Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Google Ads (UAC, Demand Gen, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Advantage+ App Campaigns, Sales campaigns) . • Build scalable acquisition funnels focused on install → order conversion . Campaign Strategy & Execution • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns from planning and setup to optimization and scaling. • Continuously test audience strategies, campaign structures, and bidding models to improve performance. • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across channels. Experimentation & Creative Iteration • Run rapid experiments across creatives, audiences, and messaging to unlock performance gains. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and growth experiments . • Drive a strong test-and-learn culture within performance marketing. Data, Attribution & Measurement • Obsess over install, order attribution, and performance measurement . • Track and optimize key metrics including CPI, CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and LTV . • Leverage insights from MMP platforms and analytics dashboards to improve campaign performance. Insights & Reporting • Build and maintain performance dashboards and campaign reports . • Translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations . • Identify trends and opportunities by reading data in totality across marketing and product funnels .
