The ideal candidate will work closely with finance and business teams to provide actionable insights, monitor key financial metrics, and support strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. - Perform monthly variance analysis comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts. - Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial presentations for leadership reviews. - Analyze business performance, revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability metrics. - Support month-end and quarter-end financial reporting activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data. - Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting and planning activities. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial reports and dashboards. - Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as required. **Desired Skills & Competencies** - Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Financial Modelling). - Knowledge of financial planning and reporting processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an added advantage. **Qualifications** - MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute **or** CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA. - 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Business Finance, Corporate Finance, or Management Reporting. - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis preferred. **What Success Looks Like** - Accurate and timely delivery of financial reports and forecasts. - Actionable business insights through data-driven analysis. - Improved visibility into business performance and financial metrics. - Strong partnership with business stakeholders and finance teams. **The Rebel Culture** We believe in empowering and growing people to perform the best at their job functions.
