About the Role / Responsibilities • Act as an HR Business Partner for business teams while driving end-to-end talent acquisition across frontline and critical roles. • Lead volume hiring for Kitchen Operations roles including CDP, DCDP, Commi I/II/III, Catering Supervisors, and related positions. • Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, workforce challenges, and hiring priorities. • Build talent pipelines from QSR, hospitality, hotel, and food retail industries to ensure quality and timely hiring. • Strong network and existing database for bulk hiring across Pan India locations will be highly preferred. • Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, grievance handling, and overall employee lifecycle management. • Support business expansion, replacement hiring, and people-related initiatives with complete ownership. • Improve recruitment processes through faster turnaround time, sourcing optimization, and better candidate experience. • Collaborate with leadership on manpower planning, market intelligence, and HR interventions to support business goals.
