Assistant Manager - Landlord Relationship

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with landlords to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives. - Acquire a thorough understanding of the landlord needs and requirements - Serve as the link of communication between landlord and internal teams - Develop a detailed project plan for new store opening to track progress - Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of new store openings - Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Resolving issues pertaining to store under the purview of the landlord - Supporting New initiatives which would need Landlords intervention at the store - Timely closure of queries/ issues raised by the central IRL team - Ensure timely procurement of compliance related documents like Fire NOC, PT receipts etc. - Resolving issues pertain to Landlord under IRL purvi **Preferred candidate profile** - Excellent in MS Office - Managing landlord relations or client relations - Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu languages. - Stakeholder satisfaction - Compliance adherence - Speed and effectiveness of project execution Candidates from retail, retail expansion, shopping malls, or organized retail industries will be preferred.
