Job description

**Preferred candidate profile:** Candidates must have experience in production planning & control related activities like material planning, inventory control, inventory planning, production planning, material requirement planning. Below is the detailed JD: 1.) Preparing the manufacturing and planning plan monthly & quarter wise (Export/Exhibit). 2.) To prepare the export orders from IOD/RA, Identify special requirements, if any, and forward the copies to the related departments at the plant. To prepare the monthly production plan by entering the forecast figures, by consolidating and including into the plan manufacturing WIP, packing WIP, pending samples and export production. 3.) To monitor, on a daily basis, the material receipts and follow up with purchase department for material shortages and with QC for analysis as per priority. 4.) Preparing production order as and when materials are available for production. 5.) Maintain RM & PM inventory as per plan & RM/PM Shortage will be generated against plan. 6.) Raising Purchase Requisition (PR), Site Transfer Requisition (STR) accordingly against material requirement sent by different department. 7.) Coordinating and follow up with the concern department/person for conforming. 8.) Material availability against STR/PR raised. 9.) Visiting and monitoring production area to accomplish day to day activity on shop floor. 10.) Coordination with production and packing departments for maximising/optimizing capacity utilisation. 11.) Preparing month wise plan vs Actual status report. 12.) Maintaining different material views in SAP. 13.) To maintain record of receipt of change control forms, master product docket, export order & packing slip. **Total Experience:** 9 to 18 Years **Designation:** Assistant Manager **Qualification:** B.E./MBA/ BSC/MSC/B.PHARM./M.PHARM. **Note:** Candidates must have **OSD** **pharmaceutical experience**.
