**Overview** To perform Sales Enablement activities for PBNA **Responsibilities** General Responsibilities: - Data Collection: Gathers and organizes relevant information from internal and external sources, including sales data, market research, customer feedback support through customer manager, and financial performance - Data Analysis: Proactively identifies trends, patterns, and insights that support making informed decisions - Problem Solving: Analyzes data to identify issues or opportunities and recommends solutions or strategies to address them - Reporting: Drives efficiencies through the development, maintenance, and publishing of reporting tools. Presenting findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, or dashboards, in a clear and actionable manner - Decision Support: Provides critical insights to management, helping them make strategic decisions or optimize business operations - Visual Aids: Provides support with developing visually engaging PowerPoint slides that effectively communicate key data, insights, and strategies - Communication- Utilizes strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences- including team members, leadership, and sector stakeholders (L07 – Bilingual) Key Responsibilities: - Collaborates/ Partners with the Business to provide analysis and reporting for upcoming launches (periodic, preparing for Push Weeks) - Create/Develop/Publish reporting tools to assist markets and key accounts with executional opportunities and initiatives - Ability to focus against speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs - Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Retail, Rev Growth Management, etc), providing feedback to achieve project objectives - Complete/ Assist with Forecasts as needed - ensuring adherence to the submission and revision process - Provides post-analysis to identify key learnings to improve on future initiatives - Active attendance in Division/Sector meetings- capturing notes/ updates and occasionally specific feedback as questions arise - Becoming aware of business trends, economic conditions, customer developments, competitive activities, historical category learnings etc. to make forecast recommendations and highlight potential issues within the current Customer build - Be proactive in identifying the root cause of the issue and work towards eliminating them internally - Quick-thinking to provide creative solutions that address needs and concerns Manage account health and identify opportunities to improve processes Supply Chain - Troubleshooting: Issues with ordering or receiving, short pays Product Image Maintenance and Master Item Files New Item Set up and Catalog Additions Pricing - Systems Management Troubleshoot issues Hosts bi-annual trainings on STIBO & cost change processes Manage SLIC Activation Manage Selling Initiatives and Product Pushes Work through scanning & delivery issues Payment Processing New Product Authorization Service Tickets EDI Collaborative Ordering Field Team Support Murphy Pepsi Direct Contact OOS Tracking Cooler order/pick up New store set up **Qualifications** - Fluent in English - Ability to operate/execute on their own and work autonomously - 5+ years of experience in data analytics and sales experience; preferably with a consumer package good organization. - Bachelor’s in commerce/business administration/marketing or Finance, Master’s degree is a plus - Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience preferred - Analytical Skills: Ability to develop, understand and translate delivery performance for multiple reports; fluent in building reports based on PY data, forecast as well as be able to balance the budget, invoices and spend for team - Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to ask detailed questions to get the right detail into reports - Time Management/Organization: Solid capability to manage and prioritize schedule and work independently - Support Systems Literacy: Computer literacy, Excel, Power BI, ERT, Business Objects & SAP/ERP, willingness and ability to learn/quickly adapt to other internal support PepsiCo software systems - Strong Change Management Skills: Follow Up, Follow Through, Accountability and Sense of Urgency - Ability to provide new ways of approaching situations and developing new efficient solutions - Independent & motivated individual;
