Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and testing facilities, our integrated plant ensures precision manufacturing and rigorous quality control for every pump produced.* **Job Summary** *To manage and control all store operations including receipt, storage, preservation, and issue of pump components, raw materials, spares, and finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, cost optimization, and uninterrupted production support.* **Responsibilities** - Maintaining SAP master and inventory management - GRN posting in SAP against PO - Material issue to production through SAP transactions - Monitoring stock through SAP reports - Batch management and FIFO control - Physical stock verification and SAP reconciliation - Handling RM, WIP and FG inventory - Monitoring slow/non-moving inventory - Coordination with production, purchase, planning and finance teams - Maintaining bin location accuracy - Vendors return and rejection stock handling - Inventory ageing and stock valuation analysis - Audit support and documentation **Basic Qualification** - Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Supply Chain Management - 10-15 years experience in stores or warehouse management - Experience in pump manufacturing / engineering industry preferred **Key Competencies** - Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations - Familiarity with pump components and engineering materials - SAP MM proficiency - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Leadership and team management - Attention to detail and documentation accuracy - Good communication and coordination skills **What We Offer** - We are all owners of the company!
