Roles and Responsibilities : • Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement. • Design and deliver leadership development programs, succession planning initiatives, and OD interventions to enhance organizational performance. • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify key talent gaps and develop plans to address them through recruitment, training, or promotion. • Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement. Job Requirements : • 2-4 years of experience in Talent Management or a related field (e.g., HR). • Strong understanding of leadership development principles, succession planning practices, and OD intervention methods. • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent management programs that drive business results.
