Job Description Designation: Assistant Manager - Talent Management Experience : 1 year to 3 years Location: Gurgaon • Support key Talent Management processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and HiPo development, ensuring consistency, data integrity, and stakeholder alignment. • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to analyze talent insights, identify capability gaps, and support organizational talent interventions that strengthen leadership capability. • Manage and execute leadership development and career progression programs, including assessment centers, development journeys, and employee development initiatives. • Generate actionable people analytics and dashboards, track TM metrics, and support the design and implementation of strategic talent initiatives, policies, and employee experience enhancements.
