Role Description The Assistant Manager Training is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves designing, delivering, and managing training programs for Life Insurance Sales and operations teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance standards. The Assistant Manager Training will conduct training needs analyses, create training calendars, develop content and materials, and track training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Daily responsibilities include facilitating classroom and on-the-floor coaching sessions, coordinating with stakeholders to schedule training, and maintaining training records and reports. The role also requires supporting new hire onboarding, mentoring trainers, and driving continuous improvement in training processes and learning outcomes. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Training skills, including experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs. • Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead trainers, guide teams, and manage training operations effectively. • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder management. • Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills, with practical knowledge of customer experience standards and contact center or service environment practices. • Relevant experience in corporate training, preferably in IT/ITES or BPO environments. • Ability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and recommend training interventions based on metrics. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple training assignments. • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in Human Resources, Training, Education, or related fields is an advantage. • Comfort with using digital learning tools, MS Office, and learning management systems (LMS).
