Job description Role: Semi Voice Process Designation: Executive Languages Known: English with any other Language Interview Venue & Job Location : Hexaware Technologies Ltd, Vetrivel Towers,1297, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore - 641043 Qualification: Any graduate can be considered (arrears can be considered) Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferable. \\* Candidates from Coimbatore location will be preferrable. Desired Candidate Profile: • Fresher or Experienced in Outbound or Inbound calls/chat with excellent communication. • Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation). • Only Immediate joiners. • Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech. • Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs. • Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy. • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
