**Gen AI Developer Specialist (Agentic AI & Python)** **Job Description:** We are hiring **GenAI Developer Specialist** with strong expertise in **Agentic AI** and **Python**. This role is focused on building intelligent, autonomous AI systems using LLMs and modern AI frameworks. If you have hands-on experience in developing real-world GenAI applications and working with agent-based architectures. **Interested reach out to @vimalap3@hexaware.com** **Experience**: 6 to 15 Years (Minimum 2+ years hands-on in GenAI / LLMs) **Core Focus Areas:** Agentic AI / AI Agents (Primary Requirement) Python Development (Must-have) LLM-based Application Development **Key Responsibilities:** Build and deploy Agentic AI systems using LLMs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI) Design multi-agent workflows and autonomous decision systems Develop RAG pipelines and context-aware AI applications Implement prompt engineering, safety, and guardrails Prevent prompt injection using validation techniques Work on document processing, embeddings, and vector search Deploy scalable solutions using Azure / cloud platforms **Required Skills (Must-Have):** Strong Python programming experience Hands-on experience in Agentic AI / AI Agents / LangChain agents Experience with LLMs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI) Solid understanding of RAG & vector databases Experience building production-grade AI applications **Good to Have:** FastAPI or backend API development Azure AI Foundry / AKS Knowledge graphs
