Blockchain - Product Manager Exp-8+ Years- Location -Hyd/bangalore Experienced capital markets and fintech professional with 8-12 years of industry experience, including 3 - 4 years in Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and blockchain environments. Strong knowledge of the securities asset lifecycle, tokenization, and digital asset product orchestration, with hands-on experience across major public and hybrid blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, Solana and XRP Ledger. Well-versed in DLT concepts including smart contracts, nodes, APIs, and consensus mechanisms. Skilled in designing token economics models and driving stakeholder adoption strategies. Recognized for strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and comprehensive documentation capabilities, with a proven ability to bridge business and technical teams in delivering innovative digital asset solutions. 812 years in capital markets, fintech, or financial services with 34 years in DLT/blockchain environments Strong understanding of securities asset lifecycle, tokenization, or digital asset product orchestration Working knowledge of DLT concepts (smart contracts, nodes, APIs, consensus mechanisms) Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills Product and Business experience with major DLT platforms like Public & Hybrid Blockchains (Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, Solana, Ripple XRP ledger) Understand token economics and drive business adoption model with stake holders 3. Tungsten Developer - Exp-6+ Years Location - PAN India Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain Tungsten product features, modules, and integrations.(KTA,KTM,TTA) Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and working solutions. Design clean, scalable architectures and write highquality, maintainable code. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Tungsten ecosystem. Ensure product stability through unit testing, integration testing, and automation-friendly design. Optimize application performance, security, and user experience. Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies. Work closely with QA to enable automated testing and maintain high-quality standards. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to elevate the Tungsten platform. Produce clear technical documentation, API specs, and deployment notes 4. Guidewire Business Analyst Lead the architectural design and development of advanced insurance solutions using the Duck Creek or Guidewire suite of products. Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across various platforms and products, including Policy, Claims, Billing, Clarity, Reinsurance, and Digital platforms. Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and detailed design documents. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Implementation & Integration: Oversee the end-to-end implementation and integration of Duck Creek/Guidewire solutions within the client's environment. Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems, leveraging APIs and middleware. Coordinate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of solutions Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Conduct architectural reviews and code inspections to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
