***Master Production Scheduling:*** - To optimize Master Production Scheduling for assigned Portfolios at their respective manufacturing plants/OEMs. - To perform Scenario based Planning in Kinaxis and compare with Mfg. financial projections. - To release FG Work orders as per production consensus with mfg. plant/OEMs. - To optimized MPS plan with latest production rates and constraints in Kinaxis. - Optimized MPS should be the best possible trade-off between level loading of resources at plant and inventory in the network to serve the replenishment demand. - Work closely with both demand team and plant team to understand risks and opportunities. Align the MPS plan to mitigate the identified risks and avail the opportunities. - Prepare Long-Term Planning (LTP) volumes for assigned Portfolios - Production Plan attainment (>=95%). Identify the reason for miss in PPA Target on weekly level. ***Master Data Management:*** - Ensure Master Data Setup in Kinaxis, Oracle JDE SAP SCM/S4 as per the guidelines issued from platform LT to suit the business scenarios for the assigned portfolios. - Review and recommend any required change in master date to ensure smooth planning process. ***Continuous Improvement:*** - Execute a minimum 1 Continuous Improvement (CI) Projects each financial year. ***Analysis Reporting:*** - Prepare Global supply review meeting (GSR) deck for review. - Prepare Kulim supply review deck and participate in plant review. - Analyze and prepare SOE drumbeat deck to drive regional calls - Prepare publish monthly Demand and Production Trend to key stakeholders. - Review BO projection PBI dashboard and provide drivers and mitigation plan. - Prepare Bi-monthly volume Summary and phasing file based on latest MPS plan. - Escalate critical Supply Issues to enhance visibility around hot supply issues. ***Liaise:*** - Communicate with critical customers and stakeholders. ***Metrics and Process Compliance:*** - Accountable for APEX Process Compliance and documentation of communications and work-files - Directly accountable for WW Metrics BO, PPA, Plant OTIF, DC Inv for all Locations - Accountability for prod shipment Volume and Mix Compliance ***Educational Qualification Industry Experience:*** - Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering degree or a related field Engineering degree with min 3-5 years of experience. - Exceptional analytical skills to drive supply planning.
