Role Overview This role will act as a key finance business partner to the plant leadership team and will play a critical role in driving cost efficiency, controls, and profitability. Job Description Monthly closing, Preparation of Plant financials, COGS. Control & timely review the manufacturing overheads, One stream reconciliations & upload. Ensure correct inventory valuation & control over DOH including scrap inventory. Ownership of the plant trial balance. Independently handling the Internal & Statutory audits. Ensure appropriate controls are implemented across the processes. Governance & Compliance Strengthening Review & validation of cost saving initiatives at plant. Annual budget preparation & variance analysis, Monthly forecast & analysis. Fixed assets budgeting, allocation, timely capitalization. Review of CWIP for timely closure. Costing support. Analyze over/under absorption of overheads. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of SAP. • Good understanding of manufacturing finance and plant operations • High attention to detail and control orientation • Exposure to standard costing system and variances in SAP will be an added advantage • Ability to manage high transaction volumes with accuracy • Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams (Procurement, HR, Logistics).
