Job Description: Job Title: Associate X/B PUD Operations Location: Gurgaon Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Associate – X/B PUD Operations to manage client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, understand their business needs, and coordinate internal teams to deliver exceptional service and results. Key Responsibilities: -Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams. -Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. -Understand client goals and translate them into actionable plans. -Manage and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time -Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations and finance. -Prepare and present reports to client. -Troubleshoot and resolve any client issues or escalations effectively. -Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates. Qualifications & Requirements: -Graduation -Min 2 years of experience in client servicing or a similar role. -Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. -Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. -Strong problem-solving -Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: -Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
